She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Her executive educational experience also includes the Advanced Management Programme of the Harvard Business School.

She is the Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC.
Between 1984 – 1989, Mrs. David-Borha worked in the Credit and Marketing department of NAL Merchant Bank PLC.
