TEXT: JOHN 3:16-17For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
It is important to know that there is a spiritual realm where physical activities are birthed and also to understand that the spiritual controls the physical.
Today we will be looking at a very important topic which most of us
have long neglected or perhaps taken for granted. This is the issue of God’s Love.
From the bible passage there is deep truth available for us to comprehend and understand in order for us to walk in practical understanding of who God really is and how he deals in the affairs of men.
The first part we will look into this morning is,
´For God so loved the world´;
A random statement known by almost every man, even recited in children
class in church
but trust me this is the basis of everything.
The love of God is not in words, meaning it does not dwell in A B C,
but it is simply an introduction of a PERSON, the person of Jesus
Christ. The love of God towards man is manifested in the Person of Christ who gave himself so we can have life (HIM).
What really happened? This is it, in the beginning of existence;
Genesis helps us understand that Adam, the first man, disobeyed God
and he became one without the life of God. This singular event did not
just affect Adam, it touched ALL MEN.
Rom 5:17-18
For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they
which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness
shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to
condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came
upon all men unto justification of life. (KJV)
We see from the above scripture that it was as a result of Adam’s
offence that all men became sinners;
This means that all men became one without the Life of God.
But if you read further in the same above scripture you will see that there is
another man mentioned, the man Jesus Christ; this is God in man, who
died for man so he man can have him.
So God’s love for the world- the world where sin abound, his love was
simply giving himself to die (in the person of Jesus Christ) Jesus is
the intention of God. God’s love is Christ coming to die for man.Take a look at this;

Rom 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us.  (KJV)

You see! It had nothing to do with you, you never did anything to win
his love, he just chose to love a seemingly undeserving person, why?
because he loves undeserving, he loves so much he even gave ALL
Such massive truth we need to understand and believe in, hence,
there’s an experience of freedom from every guilt, addiction and
feeling of rejection.
How do I be a partaker of this love of God?
Rom 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved (KJV)
This is how you become a partaker and recipient of God’s love.
We stop here today to continue next Sunday.
As the week goes by, always remind yourself that God loves you and you
mean so much to him.
Remain blessed!
I am an object of God’s love
I am a beloved of God, I am irrevocably bound to God
I am accepted by God, God is never ashamed of me as he as poured all
of himself in me.
