Super Eagles: Zambia unveil 23-man squad for Nigeria

Zambia have selected 23 players for their World Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles.

Super Eagles’ next opponent in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier, Zambia, have unveiled their 23-man squad for the game.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will host Zambia on Saturday, October 7 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.

Ahead of the clash, head coach of the Chipolopolo of Zambia Wedson Nyirenda on Friday, September 29 released his squad for the game leaving out former captain Rainford Kalaba and midfielder Nathan Sinkala.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria are top of Group B of the African zone qualifiers with 10 points while Zambia are second with seven points.

Nigeria can seal qualification to the 2018 World Cup with a win while Zambia can take Group B to the wire if they leave Uyo with any point.
